The Cheesecake Factory

My wife has a gluten allergy (celiac) and it has been a while, since her diagnosis, that we've been back to the Cheesecake Factory. We called to see if they were able to make any accommodations and they informed us they have gluten free pasta and that they even change the water pots! We decided to go for dinner one evening and our waiter kindly and apologetically informed us that this was in fact not the case and that their gluten free pasta was boiled in the same water and pots as normal gluten containing pasta. The manager came out to share alternative options (salad) for my wife's allergy restrictions and then proceeded to call us liars when we expressed our frustrations about what we were told on the phone. He said, "here was no possible way that information would have been given, it's not in our training!" After a few more minutes of conversation we decided to leave. (Note: this transpired roughly a year ago, I'm just late in wrighting this review but since then we have never been back) If you have a gluten allergy go across the sidewalk to Red Robin!!! They are awesome! Staff is friendly and they do a great job accommodating gluten free diets and allergies. They even have a dedicated gluten free fryer!
