I ordered the soft tacos on the Skinnylicious menu. Mine was prepared gluten free because I have celiac. It comes with escabeche veggies on the side, and I also got a small side of guacamole.
The tacos and the veggies were SUPER fresh and all the flavors were light, clean, distinctive, and spicy (I'm actually usually not a fan of spicy, but it was so flavorful, I couldn't be stopped). Guacamole was also fresh and flavorful. Small, but they don't charge a lot.
The waitress was polite, attentive, and very professional. Waits for seating and food were reasonable.
