So as someone who can’t eat gluten or dairy going out is very challenging. The waiter working that night was very frustrated when I asked him about what had gluten and didn’t and eventually I settled for fries as I saw it could be made gluten free. I asked if he could fry them in a separate clean fryer and he said sure. Well, the fries literally came out less than a minute after we placed it and I felt very uneasy. I ate maybe 6 fries because it didn’t feel right and well and behold I was glutened by the time I got home. It was a really unpleasant and uncomfortable experience and I felt bad that the waiter was getting annoyed at me and my table. I did also order the Thai wrap, and honestly, it wasn’t the best thing ever. I was really hoping to like it as someone with a lot of allergies. Another issues was there was some stuff I could eat like the Avocado Tacos. I asked if he could have the avocados not fried in batter and have any dairy removed, and he came back and said they couldn’t remove the dairy. I asked what do you mean, it’s just the sauces I don’t want and he says no they just can’t. I asked for clarification and he said they just can’t over and over and I was confused as this was something I have had several times. Overall, don’t recommend coming here if you have a food allergy because the staff either is really inpatient or understanding. There was another waitress working that night and I had asked her if they could remove the dairy and she said absolutely but he came writhing seconds and said no. I wish we had someone else working our table. The young blonde male working Christmas Eve around 6:45 should really be better trained or asked to work the back.
