After seeing the Google reviews, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the Cheesecake Factory at Union Square in San Francisco. The staff were friendly and worked as a team providing us with a relaxing and enjoyable dinner. The outdoor balcony overlooking Union Square created a lovely atmosphere. I had a delicious cob salad that met my gluten sensitive and dairy free food needs. The restrooms were clean; the location was convenient.
