The Cheesecake Factory

Stopped for dinner while shopping at KOP mall Sunday. We always have such good food and wonderful service. Our waitress was sweet as pie and sadly they had a shift change while we were there, but even the next young lady was awesome. Very attentive and we always had beverages. As for food everyone's was good but mine was.... weird. Ive never had mine look like this before. I had the Italian Sausage and Mushroom pasta with gluten free noodles. It looked amazing! Supposed to be a creamy parmesan sauce however mine looked like soup. Not this was frustrating. It wasnt creamy at all. I didn't want to burden my sweet waitress so I just ate it, but I should have said something because there was no flavor to my food because of it being soup like. Not the normal experience I am used to at cheesecake factory.

Our server Betty was unbelievably nice and attentive. The customer service was incredible as my friend has celiacs disease and they couldn’t guarantee the nachos we ordered were actually gluten free and offered her her own appetizer and comped it from our bill.

A HUGE gluten free menu!! It was incredible. Service was prompt and great even though they were slammed. Highly recommend!!
