Ordered my salad to be gluten free and it had farro. No apologies from manager and I have been suffering the consequences all afternoon. Also ordered the lunch portion and only a dollar was deducted.

My family arrived on a Sunday at around 3pm. We were seated right away. They have a kids menu so it’s definitely kid friendly. But should offer like a coloring page for the kids to do while the parents go through the long menu. There are so many good options and the menu is labeled clearly. They do have vegan options and gluten free if preferred. The menu also list how many calories each plate is. They have an extensive drink menu as well. The waiters give a good amount of time to be able to go through the menu which is a plus. Their soft drinks are coke products. The amount of food on the plate is perfect. The display is also nice so kudos to the chefs! The waiters also don’t write your order down. Which I was surprised at but they didn’t get anything wrong so good job on their extra listening skills. The dining room is upstairs on the second floor, there is an elevator If needed and extra seating at the bottom with the bar area.

My friend had her birthday dinner here earlier today. It was quite packed, and there was a bit of a wait, but that didn’t bother us. Once we sat down and started looking at the menus, our server came over. He didn’t introduce himself, but he told us that the kitchen was backed up and told us to place our orders soon. Unfortunately, he had a noticeably poor attitude throughout our dinner. My friend, who is gluten-free, asked questions about certain dishes, and he responded in a very harsh way, obviously seemed upset. We tried to brush it off and enjoy the celebration. When it was time to pay, I asked if we could split the bill four ways since three of us were paying with cash, Other one paying with card. He told me he would get the bill and asked us to gather our cards. He kept coming back and forth and finally gave us with ONE large bill. We decided to do the math ourselves since we had been there for over two hours and just wanted to leave. I counted the cash and included the $30 from my friend who was paying with a card. There was an extra $12 because we were expecting change back to leave him a tip. When he returned to our table, I informed him that my friend was paying $30 on their card. He then brought up the tax, even though the total already included it. I explained this to him, and he counted the money speaking to me very rudely. He then follows up with “What about the tip?” As someone who works in a restaurant, I understand the importance of tips, but it was so inappropriate for him to directly ask for one. I explained to him that the cash I just gave him only covers the bill and we have the cash for his tip. This guy should not be working in customer service.
