Excellent place to dine in the Peaks district for a gluten free (coeliac/celiac) diet! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable about allergies. I appreciated their effort to make modifications instead of just omitting parts of the dish - they kindly fried the hash-browns in a separate fryer, thank you!!
