What has happened to the Chester Grosvenor Firstly I tried to book a table for myself in the brasserie a lady answered the phone and said “just turn up its not that busy” so when I did the was a single table in the middle of the room I had to take a meeting couldn’t hear myself not to mention I wanted food had to get the restaurant manager as the server said the was no other tables yet the was… Other issue the gluten free bread that came with soup was burnt how can this be 3 Rossetts yet they burn the small soup roles? And the olive had been marinaded in chillies but was not mentioned to me more did I ask for them as I asked about them yet they where brought over to the table the waiting on staff have really let this place down and the chef who can not warm up the gluten free bread rolls with the soup!

We had afternoon tea in the restaurant. A very pleasurable experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was very tasty. We were given a takeaway selection of gluten free items for a family member who was unable to attend. Well done everybody!
