Lovely place with great views. They can make the mushroom burger as vegan and gluten free and it's really nice. Service is really good as they have a button to call the waiter when you're ready. Definitely worth a visit but you'll need to book as it's popular.

I am so sad to write this review! It is my previous good experiences that allows me to rate it two stars. Because my most recent experience would definitely only qualify for a half star, that being award to the view. I booked this venue for my birthday and was super excited to attend with my family and hoped that they would experience what I had previously, but it was a fairly obvious slippery slope from the get go. We got a round of drinks to start and a couple of share platters that probably cost half the price to assemble considering my niece thought one of the pieces of cheese was only enough to sit on one cracker. I am not certain whether this is due to the very small size of the wedge of cheese or the lack of cutlery provided to actually cut or spread anything on the board. This was followed by an extremely long wait for the food to come out and I mean long………long wait. Which would be okay if we were intending to spend the afternoon drinking in the sun, however this was not the case given the variety of ages in attendance. The service unfortunately did not much improve, we asked for water for the table, and were provided exactly that which we then had to further wait to ask a waitress for the glasses to allow us to drink the water. The attention to food allergies was also below par, with one of my party having a serious allergy to gluten and requesting coeliac safe fries, when these were bought to the table they were not announced as the fries that were safe, this meant that the hungry little mini gremlins (also known as children) dug in none the wiser, although to give some credit when my celiac friend pointed out this error they did provide another plate of fries. Unfortunately the overall feel was that my larger table of 12 were a complete hassle to the team, I acknowledge that this is a busy establishment and can understand why when reflecting on my previous good experiences. However, when booking the table…. Well in advance the staff member advised of a good time to come when I assumed it would be easier for them to cater to a larger table and I obliged setting my booking for that time. Overall this leaves me sad and disappointed.
