Absolutely the best customer service I have encountered in Fort Collins, Disney World level. Staff was excited about their establishment and food. Food was inventive and delicious. Eclair potato poutine is a must try appetizer, all the sliders captured their inspirations perfectly. Steakhouse slider featured thin sliced steak, crisp onions and blue cheese. The bahn mi tasted like something you would get in a vietnamese restaurant with the only thing missing was a liver/patee element. All were delicious. Tried them gluten free in lettuce cups which were robust and crispy. Didn't miss the bun. Highly recommend!
