My partner & I had a phenomenal dinner here. It’s a great concept and visually-intriguing atmosphere, and the food/flavors were executed well.
The rotating menu destination was Hawaii and the Bao Bun was phenomenal. My wife is both gluten free (celiac) and vegetarian, and they had plenty to offer her as well. They knew to tell us immediately that they have a shared fryer, which is always a good sign that a place knows the limitations of gluten free offerings.
We shared the Sautéed Okra as a starter (that Thai chili sauce is LEGIT), and she had the Jollof Rice with impossible meat (the spice level was fantastic).
Be sure to try their modern take on an Old Fashioned, which is smoked with an incredible aroma.
We’re looking forward to making this a regular spot when the menu rotates!
