The Corner Taqueria

The restaurant is a perfect little lunch easy dinner spot. The food was good. When I ordered myself and daughter corn tortillas the server asked about gluten intolerances and suggestions to stay away from which I thought was very intuitive. The tables are all high tops but they can buckle boosters instead of high chairs my kid actually preferred it to high chairs. Overall great lunch spot

OMG! This was my first time here and I am sooo impressed. First, my waitress was SUPER nice and attentive. She was just a joy and her smile (even under her mask) was infectious. Then... the food! The salsa verde was some of the best I've had and they give you a lot of tortilla chips and salsa once you're seated. I was told the tortilla chips are corn and I hope they are because I'm gluten-free and I ate lots of them. I ordered a burrito bowl (sans tortilla). You can choose your protein (I had shrimp) and they have lots of delicious toppings to choose from. Then you get to top it off with a sauce. I chose the agave cilantro lime sauce - it was sweet and sooooo good on my food. This was one of the absolute best burrito bowls I've ever had. Everything was so fresh and the shrimp had just the right amount of seasoning. This food makes me not want to ever get a burrito bowl from Chipotle again. I'm glad I live near here because I will definitely be back!
