Very knowledgeable staff. They say 90% of their menu is or can be made gluten free on request. Have a separate fryer and prep space. I called ahead to let them know I was veggie and coeliac and they let the staff and chef know in advance and made me my own roast wellington, happy to make alterations to the menu with advance call
