My wife and I have been here in the past. Friends of ours bumped into us tonight and invited, spontaneously, for us to come out with them to dinner. They chose Cork. Kassie, our server, was attentive to my wife's urgent requirements for her gluten intolerance. But the real show stealer was Chef Gordon. Never met one like this before. My wife has had to eat gluten free for many years. No one, and I mean no one, has ever asked her for her name so they can write down her food likes and dislikes for the next time she comes in. Wow. VERY impressive. Overall the food was Very delicious, including the steak and the desserts. The shrimp salad app was a little bland though. But that was outweighed by Gordon's true interest in making sure my wife was happy, and pure happy she was when she ate his fried shrimp, cod and fries. Gotta live that dedicated fryer!!!!! Thank you so much, Gordon, for a great experience.

This place is a hidden gem. It's definitely more than just wine. The cocktails are delightful. The menu is spectacular, there is something for everyone with lots of pesca, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Even the "small plates" were generous helpings. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted fresh and fantastic. I had the risotto verde and it was perfectly done. The service was absolutely flawless and the ambiance was very cozy. The only drawback for me was the limited selection of international wines, as their selection is very California heavy. I'd love to see more French and Italian options at a place like this. *Updating this review because their menu continues to amaze me. I've tried almost everything now and it is all just incredible, always. The chef really has a gift for all the seasonal risottos and other pastas. As a southerner, I wholeheartedly approve of their pimento cheese available on the cheese board or as a little add on if you ask nicely. I tried the brie and crab fondue too and I hope they keep it on the menu because it was rock and fresh and perfect. I stand by my only critique about the the wine selection but their bourbon selection is very decent and the food is so good, you forget about the wine!
