The Cradock Arms

I am facially disfigured and have a rather large prosthesis instead of a left cheek. I have to use a syringe to drink, dribble constantly, and cannot eat. I joined my family for a meal here to celebrate my father's life, and the wonderful waiter saw that I used my napkin to wipe away my dribble as I was drinking via syringe. Instead of me having to ask, he anticipated my needs and brought me extra napkins. This is the only time this has ever happened when out and about, and it made me feel so much more welcomed and accepted. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals and said the food was delicious. It was well presented and the menu had vegan, vegetarian, gluten, and dairy free options. Everyone had happy full tummies, and it was a lovely way to commemorate Daddy's passing before my brother's family returned home to Madrid. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial, and the staff attentive and helpful. It felt like it didn't matter that I have such an obvious disfigurement, I was just another patron. This is the first time in 8 years, I've felt like this when out and we'll definitely be coming again.

Great food, lots of of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Service was great, all the staff are really friendly.
