The Crossing cafe

This is without a doubt the best breakfast I've had on the island so far, and I've tried my fair few. Yes, they have the standard full English, but they also have a healthy variety of other options, with many of them having the option to be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. My mum is celiac, and she said their home-made gluten free bread was the best she's ever had; it really made her morning! We ordered a full english, avocado on toast, the shakshuka and the huevos rancheros, along with a range of coffees. Everything was fresh, excellently presented, and absolutely delicious. Additional points for the portions not being ridiculously huge! It being dog friendly was a real bonus as well, as we do love bringing our dogs absolutely everywhere. The only thing I could possibly say in criticism is the atmosphere and decor needed possibly a little bit of work, just to make it as high-standard as the food, but that's being very nit-picky and I'm sure in time they'll really get their own stamp on this place. 10/10 will be going again.
