2 of us are coeliac and had to use the vintage inn app to find out about allergens. Not immediately straightforward or quick particularly if not tech savvy. It is far easier to have dishes identified as GF or GF option available on the paper menu that is given at the table, in the same way that vegetarian and vegan are identified.
