We were in the restaurant last night. Lewis provided a really friendly and professional front of house service and was attentive and helpful when discussing dietary restrictions. The food was incredible, the chef is clearly talented at composing dishes. Our meals were well seasoned and had a fantastic balance of flavours & textures. As a coeliac vegan I find it hard to eat at a lot of restaurants yet this meal was one of my all time favourite dining experiences and it’s an omni establishment. It’s nice to find a chef (and team) who are aware of seasonality and have a sensitivity for balance. I honestly could not fault it. Thank you!
