The food was lovely but where we sat needed a good clean. The fireplace was full of cobwebs, there was a dead bee on the mantle and the fire extinguisher was blocked by a plant. Informed the staff and was told they know and will be moving it soon...
There wasn't a lot of choice for my mother-in-law who is celiac and dietary requirements menu was confusing as they handed her a matrix

Really special place - great menu with plenty of gluten free options for coeliacs, (which is something they should make more of) plus the staff are very helpful and nothing's a problem - definitely with the time to relax and dine there.
