Chicago. From the moment we sat down, the service stood out—our server was attentive and made sure to double-check everything to accommodate gluten-free needs. I ordered the corned beef hash, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while my wife enjoyed a traditional breakfast plate customized to be gluten-free.
The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a touch of sophistication. Live jazz was scheduled to start at noon, and while we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it, it added to the overall charm of the experience. The Dearborn is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food and excellent service in the heart of Chicago.
