The Hilton was great with my sons autoimmune disease. He has celiac disease and is very sensitive. He was able to eat safely. We contacted the manager and we talked with him. Every time we ordered we mentioned that he is super sensitive celiac disease. I’m a worrier. They were great! Besides that we would also highly recommend the hotel! Definitely will be back!
