I was recently in Buffalo for work and a coworker supplied lunch for the group from The Deli. Having a gluten sensitivity, deli’s aren’t always reliable but this was the opposite. I ordered the Ricky Ricardo on a gluten free role. Everything about it was great. Not all gluten free bread is created the same but this one was very good.

The Deli is a great place to eat. They make delicious smoothie,soups and dessert. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The staff are very friendly and want to make sure that you have a wonderful excited there. If you leave hungry, you didn't ask the right question on what to eat while you were there. So, if you haven't try it, I suggest you do. They even have gluten free bread! So, go enjoy your lunch at The Deli you will be glad yo did!
