The chef knew what gluten-free foods I could safely eat. The salmon without the bourbon sauce was perfectly cooked as was the asparagus!

Salmon was perfectly cooked not an easy thing to do! Slightly smoked tase was perfect!! Our server Gracen was super helping me pick out gluten AND dairy free choices without missing a beat. She advised the balsamic dressing for the salad and it was fantastic!
