When you envision a diner and diner food/waitresses, this is the place you are thinking about. Not only are the waitresses kind and pleasant, but also extremely knowledgeable regarding food allergies and gluten free. The cooks were very careful regarding minimizing cross contamination and did an excellent job.

I went there because I read another review that said gluten friendly. They didn't have a gluten free menu, and they didn't sound like they were to educated in the needs for celiacs, so I had to leave.
