I came here because I heard that they were good for gluten free items. It's great for those with just a gluten intolerance. You can note allergies, however I don't think they actually do anything special to prevent cross contamination. Since most items don't contain gluten, I thought I would be ok. My items were on the same cart as the regular items. I saw them touch the noodles bowls to put them on the table and then grab the rice bowls afterwards. Even though I have celiac disease, I just brushed it off because it's just a tiny bit of cross contamination. I regretted that decision because I could tell soon after that I was showing symptoms and then I was sick for days after. If you like the hotpot experience and don't have dietary restrictions, you'll probably enjoy this place. My picky daughter especially liked the tomato broth. The lunch specials make ordering easier and are better value than ordering everything individually at dinner. There is also a small self serve area where you can obtain small side items, sauces, fruits etc. My kids loved the unlimited ice cream at the end of the meal.🍦 Overall the rest of my family enjoyed it here but unfortunately, it's not safe for those with celiac disease.
