The pizza is incredibly delicious, even the gluten-free pizza. I also like the fact that they point out that wheat contamination in the air cannot be ruled out, and therefore the pizza may not be suitable for people with celiac disease.

A must visit when in Galway! I was intrigued when I learned this place has consistently been #1 in Ireland and top of the charts throughout Europe so of course we had to go while in Galway. Although there is always a line, the staff has a method to their madness and it works! They do have their own Gluten Free crust (which is also vegan) and a couple of vegan options for toppings which I appreciated since I am both due to allergies. We really enjoyed our visit here and would definitely return.
