We stopped in for lunch on Monday on arriving in Hawkes Bay for a brief holiday.
The staff were very helpful in sorting out food that would meet my dietary requirements offering me gluten free options for gravy and cheese sauce to go with a large and delicious portion of roast beef with vegetables.
I can definitely recommend them as a lovely place to eat especially if you have dietary needs.

Lovely place, great atmosphere. However ordered a salad that was advertised as gluten free and dairy free and sadly it came with bread croutons. When the error was mentioned to the waitress she was dismissive and abrupt. She offered no apology or explanation. Staff understanding of allergies and their repercussions needs addressing.
