The Egg Bistro Haygood

Wonderful stop for breakfast. My sister has celiac’s and not only did Norah, our server, take extra care to make sure she was taken care of, but the manager came to our table and said he’d make sure the kitchen staff changed gloves and were super careful handling her food. We found out later that the manager actually prepared her food himself. It was a fabulous experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food served by wonderful, caring staff.

Gluten-free avocado toast was so hard it was extremely hard to cut. Barely any avocado. Two small pieces of toast were 16$ and basicly inedible. Hash browns only cooked on the top. Tried to switch my hard-boiled egg out for a fried one. This was not allowed. You can order an additional egg for 3.99 if you want a different one. Sensory nightmare as far as acoustics on a Sunday. The waiter was good but the food was awful.

Wonderful food with great gluten free options. Our server was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cool atmosphere! Highly recommend!
