We recently went to a dinner dance at The Falmouth Hotel. My wife is a coeliac and had previously contacted the hotel to arrange for a gluten free meal to be organised. Nothing was too much trouble. On the night, by her name on the table, gluten free was highlighted in red and that gave her confidence that her meal would be fine. Grateful thanks to all the staff for their diligence and we had a fantastic night.
