Came as a "special birthday "treat with friends for afternoon tea.Service was very friendly and professional. I'm a Coeliac and they took great care to explain everything.The tea was delicious, we had it in the conservatory as a very hot day and the air conditioning was perfect. And we still had the feeling of being outside. It was a perfect afternoon!

Went for afternoon tea. Very delicious selection and also the gluten free and vegetarian options. Staff were very friendly and welcoming too. One star off due to 12.5% service charge and charity donation being added automatically to the bill when would have preferred to be given these options at the time of payment. Other than this all was very lovely.
