The building and the decoration is amazing. Lovely atmosphere. Really liked the way it looked inside. Staff were great; friendly, helpful and attentive but not pushy and didn't check in too much. Food was fantastic! Everything was cooked just right! Portion sizes were good. Good gluten free options. Left feeling full and content. Not somewhere we could afford to go every week but not too expensive either. Definitely will be back. Lots of the menu that I'd like to try.

Lovely place, decor is dark and brooding but gives the place a really cool atmosphere. Disappointed that they had updated the menu but not done so online. So we specifically booked on the basis that my wife fancied the Badger burger and it was available Gluten free.... But once sat and ready to order, it was no longer Gluten free as they don't make their burgers in house anymore and obviously have a cheap supplier that uses rusk to fill out the burgers. Not good. But the food we DID have was beautiful. We both had steaks, me a fillet, my wife a t-bone. Both were cooked to perfection exactly as requested . Order a rare steak here then you'll get a rare steak which is ironically... Rare! Would have loved to tackle the sweet menu but didn't have any room after a beautiful starter of Ciabatta and olives for me and pressed ham hock for my wife followed by the gorgeous steaks.
