The Fitzgerald Burger Company

First time at Fitzgerald. I am celiac, I choose it because in their menu they indicate that they are “gluten friendly” and it turns out that when I get to the checkout they explain to me that the only thing they do is prepare my burger with gluten-free bread, but that it may have cross contamination…That is not offering options for celiacs. Only one person to take orders, charge and serve drinks on a Saturday at lunchtime, you can imagine the queue. Very loud music, noisy place, and dirty bathrooms with a strong smell. Clearly, I wouldn't repeat.

Lucia, the manager, Mario Chema, and Adri, the manager, were super attentive to us, especially when they told us about the quality of having a charcoal oven, "hoster," I think they said it was called! The rest of the team was super attentive. My partner is celiac, and after two days of the visit, I can say that everything is fine and that he had never eaten a gluten-free burger so comfortably. I must say that the trufel burger was the highlight of my dinner! Congratulations, team, keep it up!

I have never felt so well cared for and explained regarding my celiac disease. The boy offered me a special hamburger, he comments that the potatoes should be different so as not to be contaminated. He advised me not to add certain sauce. And as problematic as it is to be gluten intolerant, here the boy tried very hard. On top of that, the burger was incredible. Then I consider it an ideal place to come with your children, to eat a good hamburger and you another, without feeling like a weirdo for having celiac disease.
