I first visited The Fix Fife a couple of weeks ago and have been dreaming about their gluten free cheese and ham toastie ever since, so was very excited to be able to visit again this weekend and once again have the toastie taste sensation! They also had some great gluten free cake options and their ginger cake made me very happy indeed. Can't wait to visit again and maybe I'll even try something other than the cheese and ham toastie next time, although given it's probably the best toastie I've ever had I probably won't.......!
