The Fleece Inn

A delicious meal after a long day of travel. The butterfly chicken on top of mash, with a side of veg, was outstanding. Wholesome and hearty without being heavy, a miraculous feat for most restaurants serving a meat-and-potatoes dish. I believe these were local ingredients, freshly acquired. (If not, I was none the wiser.) To drink, I had the best tasting gin and tonic of my life, though its potency was more than I planned for, and I had to leave it unfinished for fear that I would be crawling back to my inn if I continued with it. As a solo diner with a gluten intolerance, I was welcomed and treated very well. Highly recommend. Eager to return.

A lovely pub with the tastiest gluten free and vegetarian menu, can't speak for the meat eaters but we defiantly enjoyed our meals. Always find the staff friendly and helpful, have loved visiting whilst in the area.

Firstly we went to haworth for a family day out and went in for food , wasn't aware we needed to book but was seated anyway , first bad point we was seated for less than 5 minutes with a menu and 3 different servers asked us if we wanted drinks numerous times , very pushy food was ordered and delivered in good time sadly only the wife enjoyed her meal (10 oz gammon ) my steak and ale pie whilst packed with steak it was extremely salty for me , my kids goujons and chips where very greasy whilst eating for 20 minutes we where disturbed with how is your food and do you want more drinks several times, paid the bill and left ,sadly wouldn't return which is a shame given they have a decent gluten free menu which is great given my wife and daughter having ceoliac disease , lovely rustic location with prompt food service but several let downs
