The Food Architects

My entire experience dealing with The Food Architects was wonderful! I was looking for a caterer for my daughter's baby shower and from my first call, Sam was amazing to deal with. She helped bring my vision to life with a menu that was light, gourmet and healthy! She was also extremely accommodating with helping me chose gluten free and dairy free options for our guests. Sam stayed in touch with me throughout the process, making sure we were all set with the menu, catering supplies and delivery times. The delivery of our food was early and smooth so that everything was setup and ready when our guests arrived. We have never received so many compliments on the food we served at a party. Everything was delicious! We had a large variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads and a few hot dishes. The roasted potato salad and homemade tortilla chips are a must! But honestly, everything was excellent! Thank you Sam and team, for helping to make my daughters shower so wonderful!
