I thoroughly enjoyed the steak sandwich yesterday (minus the bread); I am gluten intolerant. The fries are in beef tallow and not seed oil which is so bad for you and are gf with no cross contamination. I’m pretty sure I am on the ‘more difficult to please’ spectrum and I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am to now have a quality dining experience locally💖. I can’t say enough good things about The Forge 1912. Check it out; you’ll love it!
