The Foundry Grill at Sundance Resort

Most of the food is very tasty but I wouldn't say it's all worth the cost. The red potatoes are amazing but the beef filet is uninspiringly flavored. The charcuterie board has a few nice items but overall really isn't worth the price. The menu items are rather limited so there's a decent chance you won't find anything you'll like. If you can't have gluten, like me, there are about 3 or 4 dishes you can eat. On the other hand, staff is amazing and the restaurant is very well decorated, but if food quality is what you're after, it's best to try the Deli or Owl Bar

This place was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, beautiful atmosphere, service was perfect. Our server, Jenny, was so sweet, and her timing on bringing us each coarse was perfect. We got the halibut and filet. Perfet portions. I got a pomegranate paradise ddink, and just wow.. was so delicious. They had gluten-free options for all coarses. The garlic mushrooms were a perfect add-on to our meals. We took the tram before dinner, and we got there perfect timing to ride all 3 lifts before they closed. Was just what we needed to get away for an evening. We stopped at the Owl Bar and had a drink before dinner their Montana Mule was so good and refreshing. They did not have a wheat beer option and hubby git a lager, and he enjoyed it. It is pricey, but we knew that going up there it would be. There were children there, not sure about those options. I can't wait to go back up there!! ENJOY 😉
