When there is a long line, you know the ice cream will be good! The Franklin Fountain is a beautiful ice cream shop located in old Philadelphia. The employees were all super friendly and they have unique and yummy flavors! I appreciated vegan and gluten free options. I got the vegan pumpkin in a cup it was delicious! Super smooth ice cream. Only thing was it was expensive but it was a nice treat!

Her: That'll be $16 please.
Well, darn. That was a missed opportunity.
Other than breaking the bank, I'm glad I stopped by for vegan ice cream and gluten free toppings. There are nice outdoor tables set up.
