Great allergy protocol. They use a clean scoop and open a fresh carton of ice cream. Most of their flavors are gluten free. When I asked which flavors were gluten free, they instead told me which ones DO contain gluten because there were so few! It’s great to have so many options and as a very sensitive/symptomatic celiac, I feel very safe eating here.

When there is a long line, you know the ice cream will be good! The Franklin Fountain is a beautiful ice cream shop located in old Philadelphia. The employees were all super friendly and they have unique and yummy flavors! I appreciated vegan and gluten free options. I got the vegan pumpkin in a cup it was delicious! Super smooth ice cream. Only thing was it was expensive but it was a nice treat!
