I still love this place. I’m just updating for new menu pictures. Come here. We like them. —- Three year ago review: Excellent COVID set up. Booths with dividers and very distanced, but attentive, servers. Food is great, staff is local and people we like to support, and the neighborhood safe. A+ transition to safe outdoor dining (with heaters!) Gluten free fried chicken (shares oil with other glutenful things) and a great gluten free pork roast thing. Vegan (non salad) choices. You can take your hard to feed friends here. Patio reservations suggested. They get busy and only allow so many people (they are really focused on keeping everyone safe.) They aren’t planning to transition to inside dinning anytime soon - they bought heaters to keep the patio open through winter. Good for dates.

This was the best southern food we've had outside New Orleans. Absolutely delicious, and the staff were amazing as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly about gluten free options. They have amazing gluten-free fried chicken. We loved it, highly recommended.
