The Front Porch

This little gem of a restaurant was absolutely fabulous! We went for a light late lunch/appetizers. We had the ... -Brussels and Bacon (Gluten Free) Crispy Fried Brussel Sprouts tossed with house-smoked Pork Belly, Goat Cheese & Honey. Served with a Dijon Mustard Sauce -Scallops Crostini seared jumbo scallops served over toasted ciabotta bread topped with bacon and green onion in a garlic, white wine butter sauce. -My friend had Crab cakes over a rice/ risotto type dish. I believe it may have been a special that day as I don't find a description on their menu, but it was amazing! The food came out quickly and not only was the presentation beautiful, but the food was simply delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised since it was late afternoon, and prior to the dinner crowd. Our waiter was attentive and very sweet, as well as professional. He really knew the menu, and made great suggestions. Afterwards he brought out the dessert menu, and suggested the bread pudding.... this was THE BEST Bread Pudding I have ever eaten. It was the perfect consistency and the sauce was perfect! I highly recommend the front porch, the lovely atmosphere, professional staff, and excellent chef made it a place I will return to again!

From the cranberry walnut salad with honey maple glazed salmon (gluten-free) to the Porch Burger (all natural, local, grass-fed), The Front Porch has flavor and setting to spare, with solid wait staff and food times. I've been told that the sweet chili Sriracha shrimp salad is to die for so I'll be back!
