Found this gem of a fish and chip shop in Little London , Spalding on a recent shopping trip. Phoned ahead as needed gluten free, this wasn't too clear on the web. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about allergies and YES, THEY DO FRY GLUTEN FREE, EVERY DAY THEY ARE OPEN. These guys should blow their own trumpet very loudly, the fish and chips are amazing, both gluten free and regular cod and chips. Not only cod available as gluten free but scampi too. Great to have a choice in gluten free food. Portions are very large, great value for money and delicious too. Beautifully cooked. Please promote the gluten free availability on your sign outside and the website too. People will travel if they know, as the product you produce is amazing and the gluten free cod is battered too, not just rice cone. The price is so reasonable. Thank you very much for a wonderful lunch. We will return.
