We visited for Afternoon Tea. What a fabulous experience. Our surounds were magical - the Christmas decorations made everything really special. Our service was perfect. I alerted the restaurant to my challenging dietary request when booking and had the best food experience of my trip to date. I am gluten free/pescetarian. My sandwich selection was delicious. scones and sweet treats were magnificent. I had my own tray of food and it matched everyone else's. I felt serious thought and expertise had been put into my dietary requests and am very grateful. I also loved the birthday acknowledgment made for my daughter.

Amazing afternoon tea, amazing service, incredible care and attention to detail with our food allergies. Absolutely delicious. We had a coeliac, someone allergic to shellfish, and a pregnancy in our group of 4 and they handled it like it wasn't even a mild inconvenience- all items handled separately in an allergen friendly manner. Will definitely be back soon. Wonderful atmosphere.
