Very enjoyable experience in this busy whitbread mid range pub. Standard pub fayre but very good consistently. We had steaks and dessert and very good value with a "black Friday offer". Steak and indeed most of the food offering is always good at Whitbread Inns. Haz a reasonable Gluten Free offering as well. This pub is tucked tight on the main road and could be missed if not looking for it. It's attached to Premier Inn, which is set back in a wooded area behind. Nice decor inside and very friendly and efficient service, shout out to Maddi to was very attentive whilst being very busy. Will definitely come again even though it's a bit of a way from home.

Food is always lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Great they have a lunch time deal on , 2 mains for 11.99. Only complaint is need more gluten free options such as bread or a pudding I cant have dairy either so no ice cream either. Other than that it's a decent place to eat.
