The extra mile .... Was much appreciated. Had a Sunday roast today, the portion size was 'large' compared to other pubs, and top quality meat and fresh vegetables. One of us has a gluten intolerance, which usually means no Yorkshires or stuffing, but we were amazed that they had both gluten free Yorkshire puds AND stuffing. So nice to see such attention to detail, often lacking elsewhere. Our waitress Vanessa was friendly & efficient, as indeed all the staff were.

Went there because of the gluten free options on the menu. Located on the side of a canal, very relaxing. Unfortunately I think the staff were overwhelmed by the number of people there, which had an effect on our table service. I think we will try again and see if the service has improved.
