This is the best gluten free bread I have EVER tasted. I have the misfortune to have a metabolic disorder called HFI which means I cannot eat any form of sucrose, fructose or sorbitol. In addition to being coeliac this means that I have struggled for YEARS to find GF bread which is free from sugar (of any kind) whilst tasting like normal bread. I now have my solution with this bakery, as at least 3 of their sourdough range are completely sugar free. These loaves freeze well and thaw well enough to be used for non-toasted sandwiches - amazing!!! Well worth the cost of bulk buy if you have the space to freeze. I recommend buying ready sliced - game changer! With regard to the service provided, I cannot fault. I accidentally subscribed to a regular order which was far too much for me as a single user. This problem was resolved by the bakery with zero fuss. Thank you so much - my search for bread is over!

Wow! If you're coeliac and you haven't tried bread from the GF Bakery, treat yourself. I've just demolished half a seeded loaf because it's so delicious. It's the best bread I've had since having to go gluten free.
