The Gluten Free Shoppe

This was my first order from The Gluten Free Shoppe. I was very much looking forward to the products especially the gluten free pastry sheet. I was very disappointed to receive the box with all contents inside warm. The "frozen" pastry was warm to the touch and the tiny little bags that were supposed to be frozen were also warm. There was no foam insulation or any packing in the box whatsoever. Since I work from home, I was able to bring the box inside and open it as soon as it was delivered. So there is NO reason for the products arriving in this condition. Furthermore, the boxes of pastry were damaged and corners torn off due to zero packaging on the inside. This is completely unacceptable. I should have read the reviews before ordering but I won't be a repeat customer.

Avoid this business. I ordered some of their gluten free french fried onions and paid for two day shipping. They didn't bother to ship them until after the weekend even though I had ordered them before the weekend. So they will not be arriving by Thanksgiving for my wife's dish. After contacting them, they admitted their website was likely to blame for the inaccurate shipping time. No offer to reimburse for shipping or correct their mistake in any way. 1 star because they responded, at least.
