If you can drive or have friends who can drive, why are you not coming here? Vegan or vegetarian, have no fear - they've got you covered with the most delicious options - gluten free to boot (can't even tell). I had the bangers and mash with caramelised onion and lord haffa mercy, what a delight. All the staff and management are lovely, and you end it with the delicious and fresh vegetarian apple pie with a lovely dollop of vegan vanilla ice cream, just heaven. Lots of seatings and wonderful beer garden. We came here after a 3 hour walk of the Brimpsfield to Caudle circuit walk.

Stayed there for the night in our camper van (for free!). Very cosy pub on the side of the road. Good selection of vegan and gluten free food. They even have vegan wine and delicious hand-pumped ales. Special thanks to Steve, the very nice and helpful man behind the bar!
