The Good Baker YPQ

Super friendly, helpful server! Great gluten free baked goods, I mean GREAT! I had an omelette which was a good amout, full of toppings. All good for a diner atmosphere.

We have always come here and supported this great place. The food is very good. Unfortunately we did not have a good waitress today, which makes me question about coming back. After serving me “ bread “ with breakfast( which wasnt toasted, I ordered toast) she said the bread WAS toasted , and in a huff, she took the bread back and came back with partially burnt toast, telling me that”“gluten free bread always burns in our toaster oven”. She said GF bread had to be done in the toaster oven, after she was already told I was not celiac, just gluten intolerant. A good waitess would apologize for the non toasted bread, instead of insisting it was toasted when it obviously wasn’t. A good waitress does not serve burnt toast. A good waitress would ask if it was ok if they toasted the bread in the regular toaster( cross contamination)if she was unsure. I found she was rude and impatient and we were an inconvenience to her. Not good service at all. Very disappointing.

Great spot! Brad worked with me to make a fantastic gluten free, dairy free Hot Wheels cake for my son with REAL HOT WHEELS! My kid loved it! And it was delicious!
