As a Coeliac of 28 years... the bread. Omg the bread.
It has been the best white bread I've ever had and it stays soft for ages. I bought a loaf last Friday and this week Thursday; I still could have a fresh sandwich. No crumble, it was light & fluffy, delicious. This bread makes my Coeliac heart incredibly happy.
I've tried other options, vanilla slice, churros, pies and sausage rolls. I really enjoyed all. The sausage roll wasn't my favourite, but everything else was amazing.
