The Good Grocer Leederville IGA

Brilliant FODMAP friendly, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options. It's a brilliant lil grocery store ❤️

Plenty of overpriced junk food to tempt us blissfully and ignorantly to a future of sick, fatigued, obese and autoimmune diseases, zapped liver, gut and brain function, and mess with our hormones and DNA of our unborn children. Very well presented, there's at least an isle worth of organic & vegan nootropics, adaptogens, proteins and hormonal fixers including produce - for liver, gut and brain nutritional supplementation to improve thyroid and mictobial gut function. Needs improvement Home-made foods should be made with cold pressed oil. Zero preservatives, antibiotics, and pesticides. Full stop. Absent Essentials Staples such as non-gluten "Ancient Grain" bread, organic eggs, organic milk and milk substitutes, are unseen. No. It's not cool that liquefied brown rice is 90% of the box. The labelling is deceptive. My personal experience is not everyone's of course. It is certainly not the worst place to go. Best wishes 🙏🌻😃
